Welcome to Lavish Skn LLC (“Lavish Skn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout.
If you no-show or cancel without notice, 25% of your total service cost will be charged to the card on file. Deposits are not transferable to future appointments.
To avoid fees, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit and/or being charged a late cancellation fee.
All services and product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a service has been performed or a product has been opened or used.
If you experience any issue with a product or service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a late/no-show fee.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of payment as listed at checkout. By booking online, you authorize Lavish Skn LLC to charge your card for deposits, cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with our policy.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their service. Lavish Skn reserves the right to refuse service if a condition could compromise the client’s safety or the technician’s.
All content on our website—including text, photos, and graphics—is the property of Lavish Skn LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
